Did your Payment Fail?
Why does this happen?
Best Boons unfortunately has to use “high-risk” payment processors because of the product affiliation with a Federally regulated substance. Popular companies like Stripe, Venmo, Paypal, etc. refuse to process payments for Boons, and would confiscate the money if we tried to evade their detection.
What can you do if payment fails?
We can accept payment through Cash App by sending to the cashtag “$bestboons”.
When a payment fails, we can temporarily see the address and contact info associated with the order, so make sure to add either your name or email as a note on the Cash App payment so that we can connect to the order on our website.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information as normal once the order is processed.
Payment didn't fail but I prefer Cash App
This is completely fine with us but we need to make sure we get your address and contact info to send your order. When a payment fails, our system still captures the shipping info, making it easy to connect the Cash App payment to the order. However, if you only send the Cash App, we do not receive your name, address and order specifics. Please do the following:
How to submit a Cash App Order
1. Place the items you want in your cart on Best Boons. Add any coupons you may have. Note the total cost (including tax and shipping).
2. Send an email to support@bestboons.com with your name, address (full with city, state and zip), and items you want to order.
3. Send the payment via CashApp with your email address in the note, so our team can connect the payment to your email.
Our team will mark the payment with a thumbs up on CashApp when received, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number when the order is fulfilled.
